Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website veloiq.app (the “Website”) and the pre-registration it offers. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Provider
The Website is operated by Kilian Minichberger, Traunerstraße 18, 4050 Traun, Austria. Full provider details are set out in our Imprint.
2. Current status of the service
VeloIQ is a training-analytics application that is still in development. The Website is a pre-launch page: it presents planned features and lets interested users pre-register. The product is not yet generally available, and all features, modules, timelines and content shown are indicative and may change or be discontinued without notice. The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
3. Pre-registration
Submitting your email address to pre-register does not create any contract, payment obligation, or entitlement to access, features, or a particular launch date. It allows us to contact you about the launch and to gather feedback. You may withdraw at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
4. No fees
Use of this Website and pre-registration are free of charge. Any future paid plans will be governed by separate terms presented to you before purchase.
5. Intellectual property
The “VeloIQ” name, logo, design, text, graphics and all other content on the Website are protected by intellectual-property rights and belong to the provider or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without prior written permission, except where mandatory law permits.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorised access, or submit unlawful content or another person’s data without authorisation.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Website, or for damage caused by slight negligence. We remain liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage to life, body, or health. Mandatory statutory rights of consumers under Austrian and EU law remain unaffected.
8. External links and services
The Website may link to third-party websites or embed third-party services (such as the pre-registration form). We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the Website or legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you are habitually resident remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the competent court at the provider’s registered seat.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
