Business and registration details

VeloIQ is operated by Kilian Minichberger as a private individual. It is not a registered company and is not entered in the commercial register (Firmenbuch). No VAT identification number (UID) has been issued; turnover is currently not subject to VAT under the small-business scheme (Kleinunternehmerregelung, § 6(1)(27) of the Austrian VAT Act, UStG).

Basic direction of the website (§ 25 MedienG)

veloiq.app is the information and pre-registration page for VeloIQ, an independent training-analytics application for endurance athletes and coaches. The Website presents the product, its planned modules and roadmap, and allows interested users to pre-register for early access.

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Austrian consumers may contact the Internet Ombudsstelle (ombudsstelle.at) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
